About Me & Why I Can Help You
I’m Donna Hemmert. I earned my Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied under some of the world’s leading researchers on thriving. Since then, I’ve spent years guiding midlife women to reclaim their energy and rediscover their purpose through my workshops.
Not long ago, I hit my own roadblock—a medical crisis that left me feeling stuck, stressed, and completely unmotivated. My family was worried, and everything in my life felt muted and dull. But I knew that, whether I felt motivated or not, the very science-based strategies I teach would work for me too.
So I took my first baby step: I moved. Using the same tools I share in this course, I went from stalled to meaningful action within a few days. Now, I’m here to help you do the same—so you can break free from feeling stuck and start moving forward, one research-backed step at a time.
